6.1. Creating a new site

Select the domain in which you want to create a site:

Below is a domain called “My Project”:

Clicking the “new site” button takes you to the “New Site” page:

You can specify the name of a new site or leave it empty and click the “Create” button. This takes you to the SITE CONFIGURATION page:

The newly created site has a status “site blank”. It contains nothing but one blank service entity with status “service type undefined”. You can set up one service application on the site. It can be an autonomous device or PC application that uses the Softnet platform.
